Well that’s it. After much anguish and a few last minute hitches the house is now officially sold.
Let off a bit of steam last weekend to vent the tension that was building up however, now it’s becoming clear that I need to re-focus my efforts on the betting front.
With a tidy sum stashed away (it could have been much more but I wont bore you with the unfairness of property law and how it relates to ex-partners plus additional houses) you would think I would take the opportunity to massively re-float the betting account, well I wont.
There is still some stuff I need to address within each betting strategy and though I have not posted on here for a while and I have not been twiddling my thumbs.
Re-reading my posts of yesteryear rekindled my enthusiasm for pace handicapping and its application in All Weather/low grade handicaps. A few dabbles in races of last week have resulted in a number of significant wins. I even had the cheek to tell ere in doors that I was treating the bookmaker like an ATM.
So, over the next few days I’ll be formulising the various strategies in prep for re-launch now “my mind is right boss”.

3Free bets: My ex partner had already moved out of the house so it was empty. It was one less item off the stress list thank gawd!
