It’s a weird sensation.

Sometimes the answer to a question just pops into you head. That moment of inspiration that hits you like a thunderbolt, that eureka moment!

Normally the moment passes me by and I slip back into unconscious incompetent mode however, after listening via internet radio to a race today which resulted in another virtual notch on my improvement metric, from deep within my subconsciousness something spurred me to review my pace handicapping method over time.
